Glady brings over 19 years of management consulting and change management experience with a focus on innovative technology adoption. Glady enhances organizational performance through applied program management, change leadership and change management to drive transformative mission modernization efforts for government agencies and private industry. Glady’s most recent corporate role was as the Head of Strategy and Business Innovation at ICA Global focused on delivery of transformative technology solutions across federal DoD and civil healthcare clients, leading capture planning to secure $30M+ portfolio. Prior to this, Glady served as General Manager of Innovation and Government Solutions at AkitaBox, and General Manager of Federal Solutions at PrecisionHawk.
Glady’s experience also includes a 12-year tenure with Booz Allen Hamilton, where she managed high-performing teams to support complex delivery around infrastructure, public-private partnerships, real estate, environmental and healthcare programs. In doing so, she helped drive the firm’s efforts on leveraging innovative technologies, specifically drones as a disruptive technology to build innovative and differentiated solutions.
