Leading For Success© (LFS) is our comprehensive leader development program that enhances how leaders lead themselves, others, and the circumstances to unleash their potential and cultivate success.
With our Coaching for Executives & Leaders (or CEL), we partner with executives & leaders to build resilience, evolve, and stay accountable to reach their goals for exponential growth. Our coaches are passionate experts, with formal training through the world’s premiere coaching certification organization, the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
We consult with leadership teams to define and build strategy, resolve challenges, and manage change to drive optimal outcomes. Our tailored consulting work includes organizational strategy, employee engagement & culture transformation, talent management & succession strategy, change leadership, and fractional HR leadership.

Chris Curtin
Chris’ purpose is to help leaders curate their Leader Approach to achieve their full potential and realize exceptional outcomes. In doing so, he is called upon as a coach for leaders, a partner for leader development, and as a strategist for leadership teams and organizations.
As an executive HR Leader, Chris led large global teams of HR business partners, Talent professionals, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion experts while serving as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and executive leaders. Chris now leverages this experience to provide high-level solutions to leaders and organizations across the globe.

Amanda brings more than 20 years of Senior HR Executive experience working at Collins Aerospace, part of Raytheon Technologies, a Fortune 100 company. She has extensive experience working across a complex and global organization that grew significantly through major acquisitions. As a result, Amanda built her expertise as a leadership coach and as a trusted advisor for talent management & succession planning, as well as employee engagement & culture transformation.

Kerri has honed her expertise as a strategic leader with over 25 years of learning and talent development experience in corporate and government settings. As a learning & development partner and leader coach, Kerri’s philosophy is grounded in the key fundamentals of business and leadership development, enabling her to catapult already accomplished leaders and their teams to the next level of personal and professional success.
Kerri Gremminger
As a strategic leader with over 25 years of learning and talent development experience in corporate and government settings, Kerri has honed her expertise in restructuring, offshoring, and startup situations. She has held positions in learning and talent development at top companies such as Chrysler, Kohl’s Department Stores, and most recently serving as Head of Learning & Talent Development at Guardian Life Insurance.
Kerri also led a global learning and talent strategy, spanning across the United States, India, Philippines, and El Salvador, to evolve, build, transform, and scale internal learning to over 3,000 financial representatives and 9,000 employees across corporate, service, and operations. Her efforts led to her department’s recognition by Training Magazine’s worldwide Top 100 Learning & Development Organizations for five consecutive years and from JD Power for providing outstanding customer service skills training for five consecutive years.
