Chris’ purpose is to help leaders curate their Leader Approach to achieve their full potential and realize exceptional outcomes. In doing so, he is called upon as a coach for leaders, a partner for experts development, and as a strategist for leadership teams and organizations.

As an executive HR Leader, Chris led large global teams of HR business partners, Talent professionals, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion leaders while serving as a trusted advisor to C-Suite and executive experts. Chris now leverages this experience to provide high-level solutions to leaders and organizations across the globe.

Amanda White

Amanda is a partner with Connected Approach and is energized to work with leaders to help them gain clarity on their Leader Approach for individual and organizational growth.  Her aim is focusing on what is of the utmost importance for leaders to evolve, build positive resilience, strengthen one’s mindfulness, and set a clear purpose driven vision to be their best self and thrive! ​ As an executive coach, Amanda achieved her advanced coaching certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF).  Her passion is partnering with highly ambitious leaders in the midst of change to help them gain insight and self-awareness, to confidently navigate personal and professional growth.

As a strategic leader with over 25 years of learning and talent development experience in corporate and government settings, Kerri has honed her expertise in restructuring, offshoring, and startup situations. She has held positions in learning and talent development at top companies such as Chrysler, Kohl’s Department Stores, and most recently serving as Head of Learning & Talent Development at Guardian Life Insurance.

Kerri also led a global learning and talent strategy, spanning across the United States, India, Philippines, and El Salvador, to evolve, build, transform, and scale internal learning to over 3,000 financial representatives and 9,000 employees across corporate, service, and operations. Her efforts led to her department’s recognition by Training Magazine’s worldwide Top 100 Learning & Development Organizations for five consecutive years and from JD Power for providing outstanding customer service skills training for five consecutive years.
