The Future-Ready Leaders Experience is available Monday through Friday from July 15 through August 19, 2024. You have two flexible choices to choose from:
Tailored sessions for up to 20 interns from your organization, ensuring a personalized and cohesive group experience.
Designed for individual interns or smaller groups from various companies, providing a diverse and collaborative learning environment.

In today’s dynamic business environment leaders are required to do more with less influence without authority, and manage virtual teams within complex organizational structures. This workshop gives participants the tools and skills to create and maintain accountability for themselves and their teams.
This workshop equips you with:
- Tools and skills to make stepping up to ownership easier
- Strategies to make informed decisions to commit to generate expected outcomes
- How to work "with the system" to clarify and understand what the outcomes should be

The cost for this one day Summer Internship Program is $1499 per participant. This fee includes:
4-hour classroom workshop
4-hour outdoor education session
All necessary materials and resources
Access to our experienced instructors and mentors
Lunch and refreshments

We have designed an engaging and comprehensive agenda to provide you with valuable learning experiences both in and out of the classroom.
Morning session includes interactive lectures, group discussions, and hands-on activities led by our experienced instructors.
In the afternoon, step outside to reinforce the morning's lessons through experiential learning in a natural setting. You'll participate in activities that promote teamwork, resilience, and personal growth.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior: No refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend the program, you may transfer your spot to another eligible individual
Connected Approach reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future session.
