Amanda is a partner with Connected Approach and is energized to work with leaders to help them gain clarity on their Leader Approach for individual and organizational growth. Her aim is focusing on what is of the utmost importance for leaders to evolve, build positive resilience, strengthen one’s mindfulness, and set a clear purpose driven vision to be their best self and thrive! As an executive coach, Amanda achieved her advanced coaching certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Her passion is partnering with highly ambitious leaders in the midst of change to help them gain insight and self-awareness, to confidently navigate personal and professional growth.
Amanda brings more than 20 years of prior HR leadership experience working for Collins Aerospace (a division of RTX). She has extensive experience working across a complex and global organization that grew significantly through major acquisitions. Amanda has gained valuable experience with restructuring large businesses and functions as well as organizational design and change management. She has partnered closely with C-Suite leaders to build high performing leadership teams, enhance culture, and drive organizational transformation. Amanda’s experience has involved all aspects of business, leadership empowerment, and talent growth as an impactful HR Business Partner. She has specialized experience leading a global Talent Community of Expertise (CoE) with responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Succession Planning, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), Culture Advancement, and Employee Engagement.
Amanda lives in Northern Illinois on a few acres of peaceful farmland with her husband and five growing kids. She enjoys the beauty of the changing seasons in the Midwest while being dedicated to her own personal growth and health journey. Her family is her joy as they raise animals, show sheep, ride ATV’s and play multiple sports. Her motto is to always enjoy the experience and create unforgettable memories.
