As a strategic leader with over 25 years of learning and talent development experience in corporate and government settings, Kerri has honed her expertise in restructuring, offshoring, and startup situations. She has held positions in learning and talent development at top companies such as Chrysler, Kohl’s Department Stores, and most recently serving as Head of Learning & Talent Development at Guardian Life Insurance.
During her tenure at Guardian Life Insurance, Kerri led and championed the execution of multi-year learning strategies across diverse populations resulting in significant increases in employee engagement, productivity, and retention. She spearheaded a global learning strategy, spanning across the United States, India, Philippines, and El Salvador, aiming to evolve, build, transform, and scale internal learning.
Her dedication and vision earned her department’s recognition by Training Magazine’s worldwide Top 100 Learning & Development Organizations for five consecutive years and accolades from JD Power for providing outstanding customer service skills training for five consecutive years.
Kerri calls Wisconsin her home, where she lives with her husband, three step-children, and their German Shepard mix rescue. When she’s not busy with her family, she is a passionate supporter of all Wisconsin sports teams. She also finds solace in her garden, enjoys boat rides on Wisconsin’s picturesque lakes, dedicates her time to volunteering for animal-related causes, and explores her passion for interior decorating.
